Ability to Hide or Reorder Graph Cards on the Dashboard

I would like to propose a feature enhancement for the EMR platform that would significantly improve the usability and customer satisfaction of the dashboard. Specifically, I suggest adding the ability to hide or reorder graph cards on the dashboard. Problem The current dashboard layout, while functional, does not allow for individual customization. Every user or customer sees the same set of graph cards in the same predefined order. This can lead to a cluttered user experience if certain cards are not relevant to specific workflows, or it may fail to prioritize important data based on the diverse needs of different customers. Proposed Solution Introduce options to: Hide graph cards: Users should be able to hide graph cards that are not relevant to their specific workflows. Reorder graph cards: Users should have the ability to rearrange the graph cards to prioritize information that is most important to them. This functionality would allow each customer to create a personalized dashboard that suits their needs, ensuring the information displayed is always relevant and accessible. Key Benefits Enhanced User Experience: Users only see what is relevant, reducing visual clutter and ensuring a more pleasing interface. Improved Workflow Efficiency: By showcasing key metrics at the top and removing irrelevant ones, users can optimize their workflows. Truly Personalized Dashboards: Tailoring the dashboard to each customer’s unique requirements shows flexibility and enhances the perceived value of the platform. Scalable Customization: As customer needs evolve, they can easily tweak their own dashboards to reflect those changes without requiring intervention from your team. How It Could Work Add a "Customize Dashboard" option, where users can: Drag and drop cards to reorder them. Use a toggle switch to hide or display specific cards. Save their preference for personalized dashboards across sessions. Addressing Potential Concerns There are no foreseeable downsides to implementing this feature because of the flexibility and benefits it provides: Maintains Accessibility for All Users: Customers who prefer the default layout can keep it as is without making any changes. Universal Appeal: Personalization is always welcomed by users as it provides them with more control over their experience. Non-Intrusive Implementation: The feature can exist as an optional tool, allowing users to opt-in as they see fit. Conclusion By providing a way to hide or reorder graph cards, EMR can become a more customer-centric platform with a dashboard that adapts seamlessly to the needs of different users. This improvement aligns with modern UX best practices, where personalization and usability take center stage. I strongly urge the team to consider implementing this feature, as it brings significant value with no drawbacks. Personalization options have become a standard expectation across software platforms, and offering this within EMR will demonstrate your commitment

AI Credit System Similar to Email/SMS Credits

We need AI credit system where we can assign ‘Monthly AI Credits’ limits in custom plans. To avoid complication we can design it like: 1 credit = 1 review respond (irrespective of what model used cause customer not aware about models they simply see I responded to 1 review 1 credit consumed.) Why It is Required? Avoiding Trial Misuse: Currently without any usage restrictionis, anyone can start a free trial and literally respond to their old 100s of reviews using this feature and can left without subscribing. Free to Paid Conversion: AI responder is one of the mostly used, easy to adopt, & habit forming feature of EMR, where users can build habit of daily loggin in and responding to reviews. With usage restrictions it can help converting Free tier users to paid users. From user perspective; “User respond to few reviews than see they reached the limit in free plan and prompted to upgrade. They are more likely to convert than if we completely restrict the feature, cause they already built the habit of logging in and replying to reviews with AI.”

Place a button near the widgets to post a review

When we post a widget, it would be easier that we have the choice to activate a button (for example, at the top next to the title) so that people can also click through via this widget to write a review. With some this will be better at the top next to the title, with some, like the badge widget at the bottom.

Improve the "Statistics" panel to increase retention

Hi everyone, To support Mannie in improving the UX and UI, I’ve worked today on proposing enhancements to the statistics panel of the dashboard. These improvements are aimed at increasing retention by showcasing and reminding our clients of all the benefits they gain from the service. Core Business Indicators (Reputation) KPI → Why it's useful | Recommended Display • Total number of reviews (cumulative & period) → Shows the traction created by the system. | Counter + weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sparkline • Review growth rate → Highlights acceleration vs previous period. | Percentage + green/orange/red arrow • Weighted average rating (by channel + all channels) → Global reputation barometer. | Semi-circular gauge • Star distribution (histogram) → Highlights the proportion of 1-3 vs 4-5 stars. | Stacked bar chart • Internal Recommendation Score (Simulated NPS) → Simple metric for the board (Promoters – Detractors). | Thermometric card • Weekly/monthly/quarterly rolling trend → Smooths peaks, shows underlying trends. | Line chart + confidence interval • Evolution of the number of reviews and average rating of 10 competitors defined by the user → Monitor and maintain competitive advantage. | Table Note: Several empirical analyses confirm that these three variables directly influence the ranking of a Google Business Profile (GBP) in the Local Pack. Effect of the number of reviews • Geolid Study 2024-25: Regression analysis on 280,000 profiles shows that reviews published in the last 30 days significantly explain ranking variance (high R²); the more recent reviews a profile gathers, the higher it ranks → https://www.journaldunet.com/seo/1540093-etude-les-avis-de-moins-de-30-jours-particulierement-importants-pour-le-classement-des-fiches-google-business-profile/ • Semrush Analysis: The most notable effectiveness threshold is observed beyond 100 reviews, especially when paired with a rating ≥ 4.5/5 → https://localranker.fr/combien-avis-google-augmenter-note/ Effect of the average rating • The same Geolid study establishes an almost linear correlation: the closer the average rating gets to 5, the higher the profile ranks; the curve "sticks" to the 1st position from 4.7/5 → https://www.journaldunet.com/seo/1540093-etude-les-avis-de-moins-de-30-jours-particulierement-importants-pour-le-classement-des-fiches-google-business-profile/ • Data compiled by Localranker/Semrush indicates that a rating ≥ 4.2/5 is the minimum threshold for Google to interpret the brand as "trustworthy" and prioritize its display → https://localranker.fr/combien-avis-google-augmenter-note/ Effect of responding to reviews • Geolid observes that profiles where owners consistently respond to reviews (positive or negative) rank higher, suggesting that the algorithm values quick user interaction → https://www.journaldunet.com/seo/1540093-etude-les-avis-de-moins-de-30-jours-particulierement-importants-pour-le-classement-des-fiches-google-business-profile/ Collection Funnel Indicators • Conversion Rate Request → Review (global & by channel: Email, SMS, QR code, direct link). Formula: Published reviews ÷ Requests sent. • QR Code Performance Scans, clicks, reviews generated, scan→review ratio. Ranking by servers/sellers/locations/services. • Emailing/SMS Statistics Open rate, click rate, review rate. Heatmap “day-hour” to identify the best times to send invitations and follow-ups by channel. Online Visibility Indicators KPI → Data Source | Client Benefit • Widget views (number of views) → JS Script | Shows the au

Loyalty/Rewards Program

I believe the missing link to make EMR the ultimate reputation management platform is a built-in Loyalty or Rewards program that we can offer our clients as an additional feature. To do this right, it should NOT be added to the review/testimonial flow. Instead, it should be offered as a separate, but complementary feature; one we can even charge extra for access to. The loyalty or rewards program should have its own QR code that leads to a landing page where the customer can learn about the program, and add their name, email, and mobile number to join the program. Then they are added to a list of program members. The program itself can simply be a pre-planned sequences of emails and/or texts that go out to each member based on their join date. The emails/texts can contain what ever content we decide to share with them, keeping in mind that they will be expecting emails with occasional discounts and special offers, hence the reason they joined a loyalty/rewards program to begin with. Intermingled with these email offers or maybe even in the initial “welcome/thanks for joining” email will be a casual mention of the link they can click on to leave a review or feedback. This way it's not in any way an ask for a review in return for a discount or some special offer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most of the technology needed to build out such an addition is already available within EMR. If I'm correct, it would simplify the process of adding such an additional feature. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it won't take work, just it's not reinventing the wheel so to speak. And before anyone suggests just using a separate email marketing app, I'm fully aware of how to build this out myself with a separate email marketing app, but that's not my point here. I’m hoping to have this all self contained in EMR so it can be easily packaged and sold to our client's within one platform for simplicity. I know this has been mentioned in the FB group, but I haven't found it in a search here so I decided to add it myself. I hope others find it as valuable as I do.

Monthly AI Insights report displays weekly data instead of monthly data

The AI Insights (analysis) and the AI Insights reports are currently linked in an incompatible way. When a monthly AI Insights report is created, the data included in that report still always refers to a weekly period. In other words, the report is sent monthly, but the information shown only covers one week rather than the full month. This makes the report frequency largely irrelevant, except when a weekly frequency is selected, since that is the only case in which it matches the analysis, which is weekly by default. Given this dependency between the AI analysis and the data displayed in the report, I suggest resolving the issue in one of the following ways: Keep the current link, but allow the AI analysis execution frequency to be configured as weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Break this link, allowing the report to generate an AI analysis based on its own frequency. In other words, the report period should match the period of the data shown in the report. Personally, I believe the second option makes more sense. ———————————————————————————-- Formal Bug Report: Steps to Reproduce Go to the AI Insights Reports configuration. Create a new report with the frequency set to Monthly. Wait for the report to be generated and sent. Open the generated report and review the data period covered. Expected Result A report configured with a Monthly frequency should include data covering the full monthly period. Actual Result A report configured with a Monthly frequency is sent monthly, but the data included in the report only covers a weekly period instead of the full month. Additional Notes The AI analysis appears to be tied to a weekly default execution period, and the report inherits that same weekly dataset regardless of the selected report frequency. As a result, the selected report frequency becomes effectively irrelevant unless the report is also configured as Weekly. Suggested Solutions Allow the AI analysis frequency to be configured as Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly. Decouple the report from the current analysis frequency, so that the report period matches the data period shown in the report. Preferred Solution Decoupling the report from the analysis frequency makes the most sense, so that each report generates data according to its own selected period.

Stats for Weekly AI Analysis Reports

When setting up reports to be sent on a weekly basis for AI analysis, the reports seem to reflect the entire GBP history, not specifically the past week. What my clients would be interested in knowing: Summaries of both good and bad reviews from the past week, instead of minor changes from the entire GBP history. Thanks for your consideration.

Lightweight Stats Endpoint for Location Reputation Metrics

We are building a standalone business directory (WordPress-based) and need a lightweight way to retrieve essential reputation metrics without fetching full review data. For this use case, the existing reviews.index endpoint is too heavy, since we only require aggregated metrics, not individual reviews. Requested Functionality A new endpoint such as: GET /location/{id}/stats This endpoint should return the core reputation metrics for a given location, allowing daily server-side syncs via cron job. This is critical for integrating EMR data into external systems without overfetching. Needed Fields We only need three aggregated values: total_review_count Total number of reviews across all connected sources. average_rating Combined rating (e.g. 4.7). total_sources Number of connected platforms (e.g. 2 for Google + Facebook). Example Response Payload { "location_id": "UUID-EXAMPLE-123", "total_review_count": 128, "average_rating": 4.7, "total_sources": 2 } Why this is useful Enables efficient server-side synchronization for external business directory listings Reduces load by avoiding full review fetching Ideal for use cases where only summary reputation metrics are required Improves developer experience when integrating EMR with third-party systems We would love to see this added, as it would make data syncing significantly easier and more resource-friendly.

A way for clients to analyze all of their reviews via AI

I thought of something really cool and I'm not sure if this exists. But I noticed you have sentiment analysis which is cool. But what if we can take AI further and actually use it to help a business figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are among all of their reviews. Imagine a business with 200 reviews. And about half of them are either four stars and below. Well we want to figure out if our business is doing something that is not allowing us to achieve five stars right? And most of the time, it could be that one thing that keeps being repeated by customers that owners may have overlooked. I suggest using AI to say something like, "read all of these comments and tell me how I can improve my business" or "Tell me the three main things that I need to do right now that customers complain the most about".

Better gating of usage - locations, emails, sms, AI

Better gating of usage with integrated billing would be a killer feature! Ex: Limit the number of locations a plan can have, and allow users to buy additional locations through the interface. Ex: Email/SMS/AI usage is already set, but allow auto-billing of usage above this tier so a user doesn't have to buy one-off packages & won't be locked out from using the platform if they go over the limit. Agencies can then set billing rates on all of these things, and it would make it a lot easier to get them using the integrated Stripe interface.

Fix & Enhance User Permissions

Creating a user & testing permissions - gave myself ONLY read access, but was able to create a campaign. Wasn’t able to delete the campaign, however. Read-only shouldn’t be able to create anything. User permissions are very confusing. Any user can do whatever actions they have access to to any location. To fix this: 1. Make named access permissions that make sense. Ex: Viewer, Responder, Manager, Admin, etc. Allow Agency to specify what access they have in plain English (i.e., can respond to reviews, create campaigns, edit settings) Make access flexible for locations: Give access to entire organization, or 1 or more locations (selectable) This is a really basic requirement of most SaaS apps. You developed this feature around your CRUD API, but it doesn’t make sense to end-users! There are some unexpected behaviors around the permissions select boxes (described above).

Dynamic SMS Sender Name (Sender ID)

I would like to propose a feature that allows us to dynamically set the sender name for SMS messages in the EMR software. This can be achieved using a selector that, when selected, it invokes the dynamic values {organization} or {location} to retrieve the business or location names associated with the review request. If for some reason the implementation of the location name is not feasible, I would be perfectly fine with using just the organization name…but that’s me. Character Limit Consideration: Please note that there is a character limit for alphanumeric sender names, which I believe is a maximum of 11 characters. To prevent disruption of current configurations, I suggest that this feature be disabled (or not selected) by default, as many business and location names may exceed this limit. Fallback Mechanism: To effectively address this issue, I recommend implementing an internal rule: if the dynamic sender name exceeds the 11-character limit, the system should send the SMS with the pre-defined manual Sender Name that has already been set up, which should fit within the 11-character limit. Thank you for considering this feature request! I believe it would significantly enhance the functionality of the EMR software for SMS communications, particularly in situations where the Sender Name can currently be configured, but not dynamically. Examples include Twilio, Amazon SNS, GatewayAPI, and others that I have yet to set up.

When setting Connections allowed for each plan, it would be nice if a connection that isn't part of the plan was grayed out or unable to click Connect button. Right now users can start the connection but at some point it says unauthorized or forbidden (it’s not the same for each connection). It doesn’t say upgrade plan or anything. It’s more like an error message.
