Loyalty/Rewards Program

I believe the missing link to make EMR the ultimate reputation management platform is a built-in Loyalty or Rewards program that we can offer our clients as an additional feature. To do this right, it should NOT be added to the review/testimonial flow. Instead, it should be offered as a separate, but complementary feature; one we can even charge extra for access to.

The loyalty or rewards program should have its own QR code that leads to a landing page where the customer can learn about the program, and add their name, email, and mobile number to join the program. Then they are added to a list of program members. The program itself can simply be a pre-planned sequences of emails and/or texts that go out to each member based on their join date. The emails/texts can contain what ever content we decide to share with them, keeping in mind that they will be expecting emails with occasional discounts and special offers, hence the reason they joined a loyalty/rewards program to begin with.

Intermingled with these email offers or maybe even in the initial “welcome/thanks for joining” email will be a casual mention of the link they can click on to leave a review or feedback. This way it's not in any way an ask for a review in return for a discount or some special offer.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most of the technology needed to build out such an addition is already available within EMR. If I'm correct, it would simplify the process of adding such an additional feature. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it won't take work, just it's not reinventing the wheel so to speak.

And before anyone suggests just using a separate email marketing app, I'm fully aware of how to build this out myself with a separate email marketing app, but that's not my point here. I’m hoping to have this all self contained in EMR so it can be easily packaged and sold to our client's within one platform for simplicity.

I know this has been mentioned in the FB group, but I haven't found it in a search here so I decided to add it myself.
