For Customer, use 'First Name' and 'Last Name' fields (instead of 'Name')

I would like the Customer registration fields to be 'First Name' and 'Last Name' (instead of 'Name')

Reason:
So we can use ‘First Name’ field in various communications eg Emails, Sms, in-app messages etc.
