Send All Users Emails - One-off

As our userbase grows, we need the ability to send all users an email - at any time.

One use case for this is when new features are added or bugs are fixed. Communicating with the user base is essential, and sending updates about new features helps communicate the value.

I see this in the "transactional emails" area where you could create one - and then select users based on roles or organizations - ALL / Admins / etc.

Simple email editor. Use Agency's email integration & allow agency to specify FROM email.
