Pull all reviews and maybe private feedback every month or every 3rd month etc. Pick a winner, two or three etc. and send details of winner to company.
This will be a great USP. Because a lottery will be a big incentive to leave a review. And getting reviews will always be the biggest challenge for businesses. Not replying etc.
