Using ticket-system for support EMR-clients

Make it more convenient for @mannie@embedmyreviews.com and his clients to keep overview over requests and support.

I recommend https://www.freshworks.com/freshdesk/.

Its setted up in few minutes and works perfect.

It also has self-service (integrable in chatbot) for example.
