Creating a user &amp; testing permissions - gave myself ONLY read access, but was able to create a campaign. Wasn’t able to delete the campaign, however. Read-only shouldn’t be able to create anything. User permissions are very confusing. Any user can do whatever actions they have access to to any location.To fix this: 1. Make named access permissions that make sense. Ex: Viewer, Responder, Manager, Admin, etc. Allow Agency to specify what access they have in plain English (i.e., can respond to reviews, create campaigns, edit settings)<ol start="2"><li>Make access flexible for locations: Give access to entire organization, or 1 or more locations (selectable)</li></ol>This is a really basic requirement of most SaaS apps. You developed this feature around your CRUD API, but it doesn’t make sense to end-users! There are some unexpected behaviors around the permissions select boxes (described above).

I have a feedback form with approximately 2,500 views, accessible via a QR code placed on small stands (QR codes and NFC) on restaurant tables. While I can track the number of people who provided feedback and whether their feedback was positive or negative, there's a significant gap in the analytics. Specifically, I'm unable to see how many guests clicked on different platforms (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor) connected to the feedback form. What I'm really looking for is data on how many of those who gave positive feedback also clicked through to these platforms and how many didn't. In other words, I want to know how many completed the funnel by visiting the platforms and how many stopped at the feedback stage. This type of data is crucial for understanding customer engagement. It should work similarly to email campaigns, where you can now (latest update) track detailed analytics on who clicked what and on which platform. I believe this level of insight should also be available for feedback forms distributed via QR codes.Thank you.

From a marketing perspective, adding a dispute review button could be beneficial. In reputation management communities, some users mention that certain platforms provide a button that directs them to a dispute form for reviews. This feature simplifies the process for users who often struggle to find these forms and don’t know how to dispute a review. I thought of something really cool and I'm not sure if this exists. But I noticed you have sentiment analysis which is cool. But what if we can take AI further and actually use it to help a business figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are among all of their reviews. Imagine a business with 200 reviews. And about half of them are either four stars and below. Well we want to figure out if our business is doing something that is not allowing us to achieve five stars right? And most of the time, it could be that one thing that keeps being repeated by customers that owners may have overlooked. I suggest using AI to say something like, "read all of these comments and tell me how I can improve my business" or "Tell me the three main things that I need to do right now that customers complain the most about".

I’ve read that those data points can be pulled via the Google Business Profile Performance API. Is it possible to include those numbers in EMR’s regular reports to show progress over time? In dashboard analytics whatever date range/period we select, It seems the comparison data is correct but the text after it is always “vs Last Month”. I have a client that is collecting part of their reviews through their own system (waiting on EMR review form features before fully transitioning). I want to send these reviews straight to EMR custom review source through API.
