Extra widget to use in an email signature

Extra widget to use in an email signature What companies usually also find important is that there is a review widget that you can place in an e-mail signature linked to an employee. As a reseller of review software, this could be an extra income.

Send All Users Emails - One-off

As our userbase grows, we need the ability to send all users an email - at any time. One use case for this is when new features are added or bugs are fixed. Communicating with the user base is essential, and sending updates about new features helps communicate the value. I see this in the "transactional emails" area where you could create one - and then select users based on roles or organizations - ALL / Admins / etc. Simple email editor. Use Agency's email integration & allow agency to specify FROM email.

Email, Status, and Activity Sync to CRM via Zapier

Right now, there is no way to extract the email address, “status,” or most recent activity from EMR using review exports, Zapier, or the API. Why This Is Important When using a CRM to trigger a review request via EMR, it can’t get data on the request’s status or the reviewer’s last action. This makes it difficult to track progress or segment contacts by their status. If the CRM could access this data, it would have complete details on the review requests and be able to follow them from start to finish. Possible Applications for This Sync segment contacts by review rating segment contacts by the date of the last review activity trigger automations to upsell and/or cross sell to satisfied customer send a “reward” for customers who have completed the review process Data to Be Shared from EMR to CRM via Zapier Email address (to identify the contact within the CRM) Status (to indicate the contact’s response to a feedback form, such as a rating between 1 and 5 stars) Last activity (to show the final result of the request, like being redirected to leave a review) Date of last activity (to record when the contact last engaged with a review request) All these details can currently be viewed here within EMR (see screenshot): /request-reviews/contacts?statusFilter=completed

Allow Agencies to Resell White-label To Other Agencies

Revenue share with EMR but allows agencies to resell the platform to other agencies under their own brand. Agencies will be able to come up with their pricing as long as EMR is returned the base fee to cover costs and protect the platform.

Loyalty/Rewards Program

I believe the missing link to make EMR the ultimate reputation management platform is a built-in Loyalty or Rewards program that we can offer our clients as an additional feature. To do this right, it should NOT be added to the review/testimonial flow. Instead, it should be offered as a separate, but complementary feature; one we can even charge extra for access to. The loyalty or rewards program should have its own QR code that leads to a landing page where the customer can learn about the program, and add their name, email, and mobile number to join the program. Then they are added to a list of program members. The program itself can simply be a pre-planned sequences of emails and/or texts that go out to each member based on their join date. The emails/texts can contain what ever content we decide to share with them, keeping in mind that they will be expecting emails with occasional discounts and special offers, hence the reason they joined a loyalty/rewards program to begin with. Intermingled with these email offers or maybe even in the initial “welcome/thanks for joining” email will be a casual mention of the link they can click on to leave a review or feedback. This way it's not in any way an ask for a review in return for a discount or some special offer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most of the technology needed to build out such an addition is already available within EMR. If I'm correct, it would simplify the process of adding such an additional feature. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it won't take work, just it's not reinventing the wheel so to speak. And before anyone suggests just using a separate email marketing app, I'm fully aware of how to build this out myself with a separate email marketing app, but that's not my point here. I’m hoping to have this all self contained in EMR so it can be easily packaged and sold to our client's within one platform for simplicity. I know this has been mentioned in the FB group, but I haven't found it in a search here so I decided to add it myself. I hope others find it as valuable as I do.

Monthly AI Insights report displays weekly data instead of monthly data

The AI Insights (analysis) and the AI Insights reports are currently linked in an incompatible way. When a monthly AI Insights report is created, the data included in that report still always refers to a weekly period. In other words, the report is sent monthly, but the information shown only covers one week rather than the full month. This makes the report frequency largely irrelevant, except when a weekly frequency is selected, since that is the only case in which it matches the analysis, which is weekly by default. Given this dependency between the AI analysis and the data displayed in the report, I suggest resolving the issue in one of the following ways: Keep the current link, but allow the AI analysis execution frequency to be configured as weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Break this link, allowing the report to generate an AI analysis based on its own frequency. In other words, the report period should match the period of the data shown in the report. Personally, I believe the second option makes more sense. ———————————————————————————-- Formal Bug Report: Steps to Reproduce Go to the AI Insights Reports configuration. Create a new report with the frequency set to Monthly. Wait for the report to be generated and sent. Open the generated report and review the data period covered. Expected Result A report configured with a Monthly frequency should include data covering the full monthly period. Actual Result A report configured with a Monthly frequency is sent monthly, but the data included in the report only covers a weekly period instead of the full month. Additional Notes The AI analysis appears to be tied to a weekly default execution period, and the report inherits that same weekly dataset regardless of the selected report frequency. As a result, the selected report frequency becomes effectively irrelevant unless the report is also configured as Weekly. Suggested Solutions Allow the AI analysis frequency to be configured as Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly. Decouple the report from the current analysis frequency, so that the report period matches the data period shown in the report. Preferred Solution Decoupling the report from the analysis frequency makes the most sense, so that each report generates data according to its own selected period.

Stats for Weekly AI Analysis Reports

When setting up reports to be sent on a weekly basis for AI analysis, the reports seem to reflect the entire GBP history, not specifically the past week. What my clients would be interested in knowing: Summaries of both good and bad reviews from the past week, instead of minor changes from the entire GBP history. Thanks for your consideration.
