Let ChatGPT / AI write reviews for our customers
Similar to what Gumrev is offering.
Instead of customers having to write reviews, they can answer some simple questions and ChatGPT will create a unique review for them. Then, when they click "Review On Google", that unique review is copied, and they can paste it onto Google review.
This feature would make sharing reviews via EMR super easy and lazy-proof.

With implementation of AI these days, such feature would get EMR ahead of the review game.

@mannie@embedmyreviews.com Awesome, that this feature is in planned and ETA is also mentioned.
Some saas companies are providing this alone as a service, it would be great addon to EMR’s set of features.
Sample image below, by which each account can create a form with fields and create custom prompt for the review generation using api.
(it would be better to have openai key based which can be configured at either agency level by which agency owner can allocate number of ai request/form submission or client level api key usage)

One of the issues with the old roadmap was we ended up with a lot of duplicates merging posts into one helps remove duplicate requests :)

The Problem
AI-powered reputation management software creates reviews with detectable patterns that trigger Google's spam detection:
Repetitive language patterns and generic phrasing
Unnatural timing across multiple reviews
Missing authentic elements like personal voice, specific details, or minor complaints
Google's Response:
"Content that violates our policies on deceptive content and behavior isn't allowed." This commonly results in Google Business Profile suspensions.
AI Detection Test Results
I tested major AI platforms with the sample review from your video.
- all three (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) identified it as AI-generated based on:
Vague, buzzword-heavy language ("organic SEO results," "straightforward approach")
Defensive phrasing ("felt natural," "genuine reviews") - real customers don't emphasize authenticity
Lack of human imperfections, mixed feelings, or specific personal experiences
Marketing terminology most small business owners wouldn't naturally use
Bottom Line: IMO, If AI can easily spot AI-generated reviews, Google's algorithms certainly can.

@Reviews Matter JH agree but the platform allows full control over prompts allowing fine grained control on the types of reviews generated just like responses as we have currently.
