Same score as it is on the review website

Is it possible to show same score as it is in the website like booking.com, agoda or Hotels.com, usually they show the score out of 10. However in EMR it is out of 5, this is the request made by the operation teams of the hotels those who check it daily.

Or may be an option to setup the entire location based on out of 5 or out of 10 as required by the user.

TripAdvisor 5 / 5 (This can be converted to 10 / 10)
