What companies usually also find important is that there is a review widget that you can place in an e-mail signature linked to an employee. As a reseller of review software, this could be an extra income.

This would be great as opens up to a wider range of clients. Signature could display eg CSAT 5-star or simple 👍
👎option to ‘rate’ an email, followed by the usual process.Ideally, would be to generate widget for individual email addresses with simple method to apply signature to common providers eg Outlook &Gmail, but to begin, it could just ouptut HTML and link to a help page with instructions.
There was a company doing this on AS, and whilst the product worked, their UI/UX was awful and IMO, not something I’d be comfortable selling. I can the send link to Maddy if helpful for inspiration.

ability of some customization would be great. So the client can design his own signatur and target link to a landing page with all collected reviews (wall of fame)
