Better gating of usage - locations, emails, sms, AI

Better gating of usage with integrated billing would be a killer feature!

Ex: Limit the number of locations a plan can have, and allow users to buy additional locations through the interface.

Ex: Email/SMS/AI usage is already set, but allow auto-billing of usage above this tier so a user doesn't have to buy one-off packages & won't be locked out from using the platform if they go over the limit.

Agencies can then set billing rates on all of these things, and it would make it a lot easier to get them using the integrated Stripe interface.
