Error occurred when clicking "Approve & Respond" for AI-suggested responses

The Approve and Respond feature is showing an error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1 - When you receive the email to approve an AI reply, click the “Approve and Respond” button in the email.
2 - Then, click the “Approve and Respond” button again within the platform back office, and the error will appear.

Workaround for the error:

1 - Click on the “Customize” button.
2 - Then click the “Submit Reply” button, and the reply will be successfully submitted.
