Currently, when you click on 1, 2, or 3 stars, it directs you to the feedback form. However, if someone still wishes to leave a negative review, it takes you back to the AI-generated questions. It should direct someone to the 'Review us on Google' or 'Facebook' buttons so that the unhappy customer does not need to go through the AI-generated review.
