You can now automatically reply not only to new incoming reviews, but also to old reviews from the past — perfect for onboarding new clients and bringing their review profiles up to date.

How to use it:
Log in as a customer → go to Settings → Auto Respond → open an existing auto-respond rule → enable Old Reviews.

Motivate your clients to get more reviews!
You can now enable Review Gamification, a new optional feature that helps clients visualize how more reviews can boost their Google rating and business performance.

• Disabled by default — you can turn it on anytime.

• Built using real-world research and behavior studies.

Help your clients onboard themselves faster!
You can now upload your own onboarding videos — branded and tailored to your process.

Keep your brand consistent across testimonials!
You can now upload a custom testimonial logo (instead of the default EMR logo) to appear wherever testimonials are displayed.

We’ve also rolled out several fixes and refinements:

• ✅ Customer Export to CSV — Easily export all customers under Manage Customers → Customers → Export CSV

• ✅ AI Review Assistant — Fixed redirects when used in feedback forms

• ✅ AI Review Cleanup — Improved sanitization to remove unwanted characters

• ✅ Private Feedback Skip — Reviewers who skip private feedback now go directly to site selection (skipping AI steps)

• ✅ Analytics Dashboard — Review sources are now grouped correctly when viewing all locations

• ✅ Onboarding Checklist — Fixed issue where closing it required a page refresh
