Hide "Stop Negative Feedback" option completely if turned off at plan level

For those of us who have had to completely disable the “Prevent Negative Reviews” (in Custom Plan settings) due to legal/regulatory reasons, it would be great to have the option to fully hide the “Stop Negative Feedback” toggle in the Feedback Form. In the same way that we have the option to hide the NFC section if desired.

At the moment it just says “Upgrade Required” and that’s not the case for me. No upgrade will permit this within my agency. I need to be extra clear for anyone who is watching that we don’t offer it at all.
