If a full customer onboarding flow is not imminent, then we need some way to put a message in front of the customer when they first register. At the moment, they are presented with a blank dashboard and no instructions at all. (The registration email is helpful but we are likely to lose customers, if thatβs all there is.)
I am proposing a free-form text field at the top of the dashboard that shows at initial registration (or when no review sources are connected), as a stop-gap solution until a full customer onboarding flow can be implemented. Thank you for considering, this feels critical to me, as itβs a big hole at the moment in terms of bringing in new customers.
