Enhanced Review Campaign Unsubscription Control

Overview: To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our review solicitation campaigns, we propose an enhancement to the unsubscription mechanism currently in place. This feature aims to increase the percentage of recipients who complete the review process by allowing for customizable unsubscription triggers.

Problem: Currently, when recipients click on the review link sent in a message, they are immediately unsubscribed from the campaign. This often results in potential reviews being lost because clients may simply forget to leave a rating after clicking on the review link. As a result, we are experiencing lower conversion rates and client satisfaction, contributing to increased churn.

Proposed Solution: We recommend changing the unsubscription point within the campaign to the moment a recipient clicks through to an actual review site rather than upon the initial link click. This adjustment would help retain recipients in the campaign until they have had reached a further touchpoint to leave a review.

Ideal Solution: We propose the implementation of a customizable unsubscribe trigger that allows users to set the unsubscription point based on their specific needs. This feature would offer the following options:

1. Customizable Unsubscribe Trigger: Ability to set the unsubscription point to:

   • Upon clicking the review link.

   • Upon being redirected to the review site.

   • Not unsubscribing at all unless manually chosen (optional).

   • Unsubcribe for a customizable time frame, including forever (this will also solve this problem)

Justification:

• Increasing the number of reviews will lead to enhanced client visibility and potentially higher satisfaction, resulting in reduced churn rates.

• Allowing clients to remain in the campaign while still having a chance to provide feedback improves their overall experience with our service.

• This adjustment reflects our commitment to listening to client needs and improving our product based on community feedback.
