Request Reviews campaigns: avoid duplicates

At the moment, the system can detect if the contact was added in the last 14 days, and it will avoid adding them as a duplicate. This feature request is to extend that 14 days to a lifetime value, perhaps by toggle. When clients send me CSVs of their customer lists for the week and some of them are repeat customers, it’s tricky (and risky) to only have 14 day protection.
