Custom Domains for Customers, with ability to assign a feedback form to the root

Example:

With the current customer custom domain workaround (say that 10 times fast), we can map embedmyreviews.com/review/customer-name (i.e. www.customerdomain.com to reviews.customerdomain.com), but this creates a URL like https://reviews.customerdomain.com/review/customer-name/

It would be better to be able to assign a feedback form to the customer’s root domain, e.g., embedmyreviews.com/review/customer-name —> reviews.customerdomain.com

This is better for branding and simpler for them to remember, and it would also help with migrations from GRADE.US, as they offer this functionality.

For the bonus round here, GRADE.US also allows you to put the “review stream” (basically a social proof widget) under the feedback form. Customers love it…
