Better gating of usage - locations, emails, sms, AI
Better gating of usage with integrated billing would be a killer feature!
Ex: Limit the number of locations a plan can have, and allow users to buy additional locations through the interface.
Ex: Email/SMS/AI usage is already set, but allow auto-billing of usage above this tier so a user doesn't have to buy one-off packages & won't be locked out from using the platform if they go over the limit.
Agencies can then set billing rates on all of these things, and it would make it a lot easier to get them using the integrated Stripe interface.

This tasks merges multiple requests into one but locations as been the most requested for other requests it should be seperate.

This is essential. I want the pricing to be dynamic, based on the exact number of locations a customer adds to the platform. I’m not referring to creating fixed plans like “1-5 locations = X.” Instead, the system should automatically adjust the price as a customer imports more locations. As their business grows and they add new locations, their monthly cost should increase accordingly.

would be good if we could also price monthly packages at a lower cost than one time packages if we choose to do that

Great to see the “Buying additional locations” feature is planned. From customer perspective, this will be much more appealing than current method :)

Limiting the number of locations is already available via custom plans. Buying additional locations is not currently supported but planned. Same for selling additional AI credits.
Overage usage is already on the table for later.
