Yelp Integration Not Working

I have an account registered under El Dorado Bar and Grill. When I attempt to connect using this Yelp URL, the Connect button doesn’t work:

https://www.yelp.com/biz/el-dorado-bar-and-grill-lake-charles

I only use the slug after biz/.

The same URL works fine within other accounts.

So, it led me to believe that the issue might be with the account itself and not the URL.

    So now it makes sense, under custom sources you have setup Yelp the system sees it as already connected and does nothing. This is odd since you can just connect Yelp as its supported by the platform under sources already.

    Remove the custom source for Yelp and connect again and it should work.

    But going forward this very rare edge case will be protected against going forward so it will be ignored by the platform.

      The custom source was used as a temporary fix to our initial problem, which was that the Yelp integration wasn't pulling in any of the customers’ reviews.

      I’ve removed the custom source and was able to successfully connect the Yelp profile - now we just hope the sync pulls in all of their reviews.

        @Robert Davis yes hence it was marked as completed because Yelp crawler was updated to bypass the aggressive blocking.

        In this case the issue was the custom source.
