Widgets not including recent reviews?
I double-checked all settings in the widgets. They are not filtering reviews in any way that would cause this, but the widgets do not include the most recent reviews, which is very important for promoting business efficacy.
Here is one example - go to staging2.geckogreen.com/leave-review
The last review shown is from 11 days ago in the Grid view. There have been lots of recent reviews for this business & location recently, however.

There are 5 locations, and they are all checked in the widget edit configuration screen. Can we please look into this?

@Patrick is this the duplicate FB reviews? I think the same FB profile is connected on the other locations or do you mean something else?

I'm assuming they're duplicated because in the reviews list they are duplicated as well. But I guess this client indeed added the connection to all 5 locations.
Is it not possible to warn the customer about this when trying to connect the same exact review profile across locations in an organization?

@Patrick we could in future would need to be a separate task on the roadmap since this issue is marked as completed. But this a nice-to-have but worth adding to the roadmap so it can be added in future.

Yes - as you can see on the staging site, the most recent review is 7 days ago, and 5-6 came in from today alone. (16th May) Same is true on the live site, now that we're using the updated widgets.

Thanks for the additional details. This has been fixed now I can see the reviews from the other locations within the widget.
