Widgets not including recent reviews?

I double-checked all settings in the widgets. They are not filtering reviews in any way that would cause this, but the widgets do not include the most recent reviews, which is very important for promoting business efficacy.

The last review shown is from 11 days ago in the Grid view. There have been lots of recent reviews for this business & location recently, however.
