Using AI to respond to customer reviews

Today, when everything revolves around AI, it would be great to introduce an option to create review replies using AI. I have tested this feature in various ORM tools, and while they have introduced it, the output is not the best. Prompting and datasets are essential factors when striving for the best responses. I would like to see this feature implemented not just for the sake of its existence but for its usefulness.
