Universal “Respond” Button with AI Reply + Copy Option

Currently, not all review sources support direct responses through the platform, which limits the ability to use AI-generated replies consistently. To solve this, I suggest updating the review response flow as follows:

1. Respond Button on All Review Sources

Every review, regardless of source, should have a “Respond” button.

2. Pop-Up Response Window

When the button is clicked, the same response pop-up opens across all sources.

3. AI Reply Integration

Within the pop-up, the user should have the option to generate an AI reply, just like with fully integrated sources.

4. Action Buttons Based on Source Capability

For review sources that support direct responses: the button remains “Respond Directly” so replies can be published directly.

For sources that do not support direct responses: the button changes to “Copy”, allowing users to copy the AI-generated (or custom) reply and paste it manually into the original review source.

Why This Matters:

Provides a consistent workflow across all review sources.

Ensures that AI reply generation is available for every review, regardless of integration.

Simplifies the process by keeping the UI the same while only changing the final action (Respond Directly vs Copy).

Improves user experience during trial and long-term use by demonstrating that the platform can handle all reviews professionally.

Benefit:
