Tripadvisor new reviews notifications

Hello,

We are not receiving notifications for new reviews on TripAdvisor. Everything appears to be set up correctly, but notifications are not being sent, and there is no error records in the logs. However, we are regularly receiving notifications for new Google reviews without any issues.
