It would be great if we have a tick box or button next to private feedback from customers to say “Completed” or “Contacted” so that clients know which private feedback they have called or contacted. An option to directly reply/respond to the Private feedback would also be great! Or if the private feedback can be shown in the “Reviews Tab” and so we can respond to the feedback via email - E.g. “Reply by email”
