Suggestions for improving KI Answers

The quality of the response depends on the prompt. Many customers are not good at this and will probably not want to write a prompt every time. An alternative would be if the prompt is already built in or if you can create a prompt and save it as default.

We looked at other software before EMR. The prompt is already running in the background. You only have to choose between: Answer length (short, medium, long) + Style: (professional, friendly, informal...)

The results were always good. For a one-star rating with a long response, the letter was almost perfect.
