Stripe in India throws an error due to regulation requirements
PaymentMethods of type card cannot be attached to Customers directly without 3DS due to Indian payment regulations.

Since customers can now manage stripe subscriptions via the manage subscription button on the subscription page this issue should now be resolved.
Cards can be added via Stripe directly and they already implement this.
Closing this issue now.
