Currently, when sending SMS review invites on iPhones, the link often appears as a preview (or deep link), which presents a few challenges:
If no image is set, the preview can appear blank, potentially reducing engagement.
On iPhones, the preview forces the message into two separate texts instead of keeping it as a single, cohesive message.
To improve click-through rates and message clarity, Iβd love to see the following options added:
The ability to enable or disable link previews within SMS settings.
The option to customize the preview image when previews are enabled, ensuring a more visually appealing and engaging experience.
This small but impactful update could significantly enhance SMS engagement. Looking forward to feedback on whether this can be implemented in a future update. Thanks!
