Site reliability - site down randomly

I don't have screenshots because it happens randomly, but the site will suddenly become inaccessible with an "unable to connect" message in the browser. Multiple clients have reported this happening over the past week, and it just recently happened to me today (5/10) around 12pm local time US Central.

Eventually the site is restored, but I'm sure you can understand how this might impact the reputation of our reputation management platform.
