SI self-serve report complete email not being sent

The SI self serve states that a link to the completed report will be emailed upon completion - this email is not being sent.

I have checked my email provider logs (Postmark) and the email is not showing there so it is not a deliverability issue and seems like the email is not being sent/triggered from the platform

I am receiving the below emails:

• Client - your reputation report is being generated

• Agency - Lead requested a report for Biz
