Severe bug in Help Center

I’m using the existing templates (in English) to create my help center, and also translated a few important ones into Traditional Chinese.

However, after publishing, no matter which collection I click (on the customer dashboard), it all gets directed to the “How to respond to reviews” collection.

I hope this gets fixed asap as I am onboarding more clients now. Many thanks.
