Auto Respond is one of the most powerful features & USP for the agencies. But currently, it is hidden in the settings sub-menu and often overlooked by new users.
We can show it on the onboarding checklist as an “optional” step so that users will immediately notice it.
Other than that we can also give an option directly on “Reviews” page to encourage users to setup “Auto Respond”, kind of notification with a button that links to the same Auto Respond setup page.
Something like:
“64 unanswered reviews waiting for your response - Setup Auto Respond“
or
“Set up auto respond to respond automatically to new reviews - Setup Now”
