Server responding very slowly

Almost every day during a specific period of time, the EMR server responds very slowly. I need to wait for 5, 10 seconds, or even longer for the mouse-click to react. Occasionally, I even receive a “time-out” error message.

I’ve even got a few calls from my clients asking why the review screen is not showing when their customers scan the QR codes.

I must now raise this bug for immediate attention because this issue usually occurs during my peak business hours, when I’m actively conducting live demos to my clients or when my clients are actively collecting reviews. Apparently, it is creating negative impacts on my demos and overall operations.

For your further reference, this issue usually occurs during the timeframe between 4am to 12am (UTC).
