Reviews: "Respond" button leads to trapped session

It pops a new window which isn’t close-able. The user has to refresh the screen as their only way to move forward. Also, if they don’t want to use AI to respond, and simply want to click to the in-platform review to respond manually, there’s currently no way to do that.
