Review Not Showing - Google

It seems a review for a client isn’t showing. I haven’t fully investigated every single review, but if one is missing…likely it’s not syncing properly.

We really need to be 100% sure all new reviews sync. This is the justification for the software for all of our clients.

Here is an example:

Also, when I switched from a competitor to EMR, one of my client’s review counts went from 3,500+ to 2,775. That’s 800 missing reviews, and I verified everything was set up identically. I think the review parsing & scanning deserves more attention.

Also, how do I make a post private so only admins see it?
