Review form analytics when form is distributed through QR codes

I have a feedback form with approximately 2,500 views, accessible via a QR code placed on small stands (QR codes and NFC) on restaurant tables. While I can track the number of people who provided feedback and whether their feedback was positive or negative, there's a significant gap in the analytics. Specifically, I'm unable to see how many guests clicked on different platforms (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor) connected to the feedback form.

What I'm really looking for is data on how many of those who gave positive feedback also clicked through to these platforms and how many didn't. In other words, I want to know how many completed the funnel by visiting the platforms and how many stopped at the feedback stage.

This type of data is crucial for understanding customer engagement. It should work similarly to email campaigns, where you can now (latest update) track detailed analytics on who clicked what and on which platform. I believe this level of insight should also be available for feedback forms distributed via QR codes.

Thank you.

This has now been implemented under QR Codes → Click Manage and you will get something like the below screenshot + all the other usual stats for each QR code like scan times etc.

Totally, and scans per day to see which days the location receive most scans.

Edit: actually, my client would like to

    :

    • Filter the timeframe with filtering possibility: last 7 days, 14 days, 1 month and since beginning of service

    • New public review distribution per stars

    • Total Visits (=all QR code scans),

    • New public reviews,

    • number of Private feedback

    • Review growth as graph

    • Received reviews per weekday as simple column bar (dynamic with the filtering timeframe),

    • Recieved reviews per weekdays divided time (like timegroups:

      • set 1: 9:00-12:00,

      • set 2: 12:00-15:00 etc),

      • He would like to set the time groups himself as for lunch hours

    @mannie@embedmyreviews.com

I have accidentally chosen the wrong category, Bug Reports instead of Feature Request. Please change it if you can, as I am not able to.
