Review collection form and analytics
I believe that in some of the upcoming development cycles, we will be implementing more complex analytics such as tracking who opened the collection form, who clicked what, and landing page activity.
This is of great importance as we currently have numerous clients who have been using a fantastic plugin called WP Starfish for a couple of years now. It is one of the first tools available in this space. The ID parameter feature is particularly popular and is used to identify who clicked, when they did so, and which review site was selected. This feature is compatible with different platforms as it can be integrated with "Merge tags" of Mailchimp or any other similar tool. Although it may be a small feature, it offers substantial value to clients. They can open their dashboard in their WordPress website and view all the analytics. If some feedback is missing data, they would know that it was made with generic QR codes. They can also determine which campaign brings the most clients to the landing page for reviews.

I believe the analytics should be built into the platform. I have a similar post on this in here, and would love to see this prioritized.
Clients needs to see the effectiveness of their campaigns. This means the logs should show:
Sent / Opened / Clicked / Starts clicked (in email or feedback form) / Clicked out to review site - by recipient.
Should apply to both email & SMS, and show both # & % of sent.
On reports, we should see this same thing, but also display # of reviews received during the timeframe selected.
Would be happy to help beta test this for one of my clients (not all)!
