The stats are for the current period compared to the last period.

Hi @mannie@embedmyreviews.com ok thanks, but that’s not standard usage, nor is it labeled anywhere for clarity. At the moment it just looks like broken math. Can we consider this for improvement?

@Billy this is standard behaviour though. Comparing to the previous period is the point to see continued progress.

But it's not intuitive or standard layout. When people see ## / ## they usually assume it's “something out of something”. If it's intended to show difference with prior period, then standard layout is to put the previous metric underneath the current metric, and often smaller and grey.
Sorry, not trying to be obnoxious or anything, but I stare at advertising reports all day as part of my regular job, so this really stands out.

@Billy I understand but I have had a different experience. The percentage is also giving it away that this is comparing to the previous period.
I have seen this report structure used in a number of places including Google reports etc.
I’m not sure this is an issue to be honest.
Comparing to previous periods is really important as otherwise the summary report does not hold much value.
Feel to ask others in the Skool group but I don’t personally see an issue here

Mannie could we at least label the denominator, so that it’s clearly indicated as the previous period? That’s not obvious to me. In the current iteration I’m not likely to set up my clients with these reports, because it’s would cause more questions than it answers.

@Billy how many customers have questioned you on this? Because we have had no complaints and we have large agencies sending reports and nobody has brought this up at all.
I'm not in favour of just changing things as we need to then manage translations etc.
