Quick Message Bug with Video

When adding a video to send out design 2 and 3 (the ones without the stars) do not update the quick message to reflect the video message. The quick message does display the updated video text but the right side does not reflect the actual update. You have to go back to message option to fix and then proceed with video option. Design option 1 automatically changes the messaging.
