Thank you for the clarification regarding the QR code scans. I now understand that what is currently being counted are “attempts” and not actual reviews. However, the current logic is still confusing because 1 scan should not be equal to 1 review.
Ideally, the system should only count a review once the customer has actually submitted it on the selected platform (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.), not immediately when they scan the QR code. At the moment, a simple scan is being recorded as if it were a completed review, which does not reflect the real results.
Updating the terminology from “reviews” to “attempts” would help, but more importantly, it would be valuable if the system could detect when a real review has been posted and only count those as valid reviews. This would ensure accurate tracking and avoid misleading data.
