Clients are requesting the ability to view the full private feedback in the email as soon as it is received. They do not have time to log in to the platform, view the private feedback, copy and paste it, and then start a new email to send to their team for resolution. Allowing our clients to see the Full Private Feedback in the email will be a big solution for a few of my clients currently. I recently received a call about this issue, which is why I hope to resolve it quickly.
