This setting should never be hidden even if gating is disabled, as the customers can still choose the private feedback form instead of a public review.
@Severi not sure I understand if the user switches this off the option is hidden. It’s not a bug.

If a client now has the gating option disabled in their plan, they have no way to modify the private feedback form/view at all
