Option to add location to client without modifying their plan

Currently, if we modify max location for any user, it is treated as customized plan.
If someone is selling their plans on per location basis, then the customized tag doesn’t feel right.

Can we get option to add locations to client without modifying their plan, just as we add email or sms credits.
