Optimizing for mobile
It would be very nice if the software was optimized for mobile use as for the agency aswel for the customer side.
We would be able to manage through mobile and customers could manage their accounts, reviews etc. with the ease of using their mobiles.

Users can respond to reviews via mobile. But setting up campaigns etc is not going to be a priority right now.
The user experience via mobile is not going to be the same regardless. Most customers use desktop for any serious use (unless responding, general insights - are responsive).

Hi Mannie,
I do understand that. As if it we're only possible to have a better user experience for managing and responding to reviews by customers, it would be an awesome start. Currently yes, you can login with mobile and go to the reviews, but the UX is not that best. So, if only this section was more easy and better UX it would be enormous helpfull :).

100% agree. Our clients also would most certainly use EMR from their phones.
