Open review link in default browser

When deep link is off, review-request links should escape in-app browsers (WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, Facebook and similar) and open in the phone's default browser, where the customer is already signed in to Google.

Today i noticed, when a customer who taps "Share Feedback" (native cta button) in a WhatsApp review request lands in WhatsApp's built-in browser. That browser does not share the Google session from Chrome or the Gmail app, so the Google review screen shows a sign-in page instead of the star rating. Most customers will not sign in, so the review is lost at that step.

The solution is to force default browser if deep link is off.

I'm not sure this behaviour already exists or not, but in my test it did not work on whatsapp template CTA button link, and instagram dm, fb messenger. (all opened built-in browser)

To keep things simple I think it should be default behaviour, if not then a toggle next to deep link toggle, will work.
