MMS Image Personalization (SMS) option missing when Textgrid is configured only at client level

When Textgrid is configured at the client level only (not at the agency level), the Image Personalization → SMS (MMS image URL) option does not appear. Only “Image URL (Email)” is shown.

Once Textgrid is added at the agency level, the SMS option becomes available at the client level, but only then.
