minimum characters when bad review

Humans are lazy and especially when they have to write something. It would be great for our customers when we have a minimum character when the rating is less than 3 or 2 stars. Advantage is: If our customer has an angry competition or a notorious bad review voter or even a disappointed customer, they have to write "something" what was bad and disappointing. So our customers can react and reply and improve it next time. If you have no minimum character, they vote with one star and hit enter - nobody knows what's the problem here, our customer and also other review visitors see only a bad rating. Amazon also has a minimum character count when you write a review. This prevents also a bit more the bad vote and hit enter guys because they have to think about what to write. 😁
