Make Review Gamification more compact

The new Review gamification feature is so powerful, but I feel it's eating too much of the dashboard space, even more than the actual stat cards.

The idea is to make it compact on initial load, which shows only an overview something like “Just 12 more reviews to reach 4.5” with “know more” button and full card will load only after clicking on know more.

Just like onboarding checklist & video tutorials are hidden.
