Make API docs publicly accessible

Currently, https://yourdomain.com/docs/api docs are accessible only if logged in. That means that any 3rd party CRM of your customer has to be given a specific login just to view the page, which is kind of burdensome if they only want to view the doc. This request is to make the API docs publicly accessible.
